7A Hospital: A Case Study in Patient-Centric Digital Experience

Navatech Solutions partnered with 7A Hospital, a multi-specialty medical center, to develop their primary digital platform. The goal was to clearly and effectively communicate the hospital's wide range of advanced medical services to the public. Our primary challenge was to take a comprehensive list of highly specialized medical departments and procedures and present it in a way that is easy for non-medical users to navigate. We focused on building a digital 'front door' that inspires trust and helps patients find the exact care they need without confusion.

• General Surgery: Detailing endoscopic thyroid surgery, urological surgery, digestive system surgery, and endoscopic procedures for intestinal, liver, and biliary diseases.
• Ophthalmology - ENT - Maxillofacial Surgery: Covering Phacoemulsification eye surgery, endoscopic ENT surgery, maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics, and dental implant placement.
• Internal Medicine: Departments including Cardiology-Nephrology-Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Infectious Diseases, and Nephrology & Dialysis.
• Traditional Medicine: A dedicated section for traditional and alternative therapies.
• Physiotherapy & Functional Rehabilitation: Outlining programs and treatments for patient recovery.
• Diagnostic Imaging: Explaining services such as X-ray, 4D Ultrasound, Endoscopy, and more.
• Laboratory & Pathology: Information on biochemical, hematological, and microbiological testing, pathological analysis, and cancer screening services.
• High-Tech Diagnostic & Treatment Center: Showcasing advanced services including Obstetrics-Gynecology-Pediatrics, cosmetic plastic surgery, and advanced imaging like CT-Scanners and 1.5T MRI.

By structuring this information logically, we empowered patients to make informed decisions about their health, enhancing the hospital's reputation as a leading and patient-focused care provider.
